GARDENING WITH KIDS WORKSHOP WITH STEVE LIST
Saturday, May 13 from 1:00pm to 2:30pm at Baker's Acres - 18552 Erwin Street in Tarzana
Get down and dirty with gardening guru and agriculture teacher Steve List from Sylmar Charter High School in an outdoor setting at Baker's Acres Nursery. Join in hands-on activities guided by Mr. List and introduce your kids to the joys of planting while enjoying the inspiring surroundings. All materials will be supplied and participants will go home with their own plant baby!
THIS WORKSHOP IS LIMITED TO 20 PARTICIPANTS AND REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Cost is $10 per child - free for parents (no infants, please). This event will have a waitlist - if you are registered, but cannot attend, please contact us immediately. No refunds for cancellation within 24 hours of event.
This is a hands-on workshop - be prepared for dirty work & dress appropriately. It may also be hot - PLEASE bring water, sunscreen and a hat. We will be outdoors - masks are optional and at families' discretion.
